The Yellowbrick Experience
Celebrate life’s meaningful moments — graduation,
corporate event, milestone birthday, or celebration of life — surrounded by thecharm and warmth of Yellowbrick on 39.
Friday or Sunday Saturdays
$2,500 $3,000
Based on availability. This is an 8 hour rental and does not apply to anything wedding related.
This price includes set up and tear down.
It also includes use of all wedding items excluding dishes and chargers.
Cottage not included in rental.
How To Book Your Date
Book your date with a 25% down payment and a signed contract. This down payment is non-refundable and will be applied to the balance due. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the event. The remaining balance 25% and the damage deposit of $500.00 must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event date.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days following the event if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
