At Yellowbrick on 39, we understand that your wedding day is a truly unique and personalized experience.
We offer an elegant venue with an affordable all-day lease that allows you to plan your wedding and reception for
up to 300 guests. Our extra-long rental period allows plenty of time to add your personal touches of décor,
capture memories with the photographer of your choice, and celebrate with an evening of
dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing with family and friends.​

On-site Chaperone: Rest easy knowing that an on-site chaperone will be available throughout your event, providing assistance and ensuring the well-being of both the venue and your guests. While you take charge of your own set-up, clean-up, and coordination, our chaperone will be there to offer support and ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day.

*We require our couples to purchase an additional one-day liability insurance policy, listing us as an additional insured.
For around $250, it will give you $1,000,000 in coverage. Nuptial Risk that makes the process quick and simple.
How To Book Your Date
Book your date with a 25% down payment and a signed contract. This down payment is non-refundable and will be applied to the balance due. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the event. The remaining balance 25% and the damage deposit of $500.00 must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event date.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days following the event if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
