Agreement/Contract
Fees
The undersigned agrees that the fee for the rental space will be paid by Venmo or Paypal upon completion of this contract.
As a courtesy to our vendors we have very little overlap in vendor categories.
We have a wait/cancellation list of vendors who would like to attend this event.
If payment is not made within 15 days, we will reach out to a vendor in your category and offer them a space.
If they accept and make the payment, we will give them the space and you will be placed on the wait/cancellation list.
Attendance
Vendors are expected to attend all dates listed in their contract rain or shine.
The safety and experience of guests and vendors is a top priority.

If inclement weather arises, the market experience and safety will be carefully considered.
The market manager, along with a team of experienced vendors, reserves the right to cancel as needed.

In the event of inclement weather, the website will be updated to notify guests and vendors of cancellations.
If vendors must bring children, please watch over them at all times.
They should not be playing on the water features, wandering through vendors booths unattended,
or playing in the traffic/parking areas.
Arrival/Setup
Vendor's may come up to 2 hours prior to market start time to set up their space.

If additional time is needed, contact the market manager to make alternative arrangements.

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent and equipment for their display.
(A 10 x 10 or larger TENT IS REQUIRED)

A professional sign identifying each vendor's business should be on display.

Signs may be hung or staked into the ground. No poles allowed.

In case of inclement weather, tents should be properly weighted with 25 lbs per pole.

Out of respect for fellow vendors, shopping space (customer flow) is relegated to the front or back of the tent,
not the sides (unless previously arranged).

Hot food tents must be fire-proof and approved by the Fire Marshall.
Once vendors are setup, they must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area.
Decisions about setup location will be strategic and made by the market manager.
Vendors must arrive no later than 1 hour before the designated Market time (9am on Saturday’s)
and be completely set up and ready to sell 15 minutes prior to the market start time.
Customers WILL arrive before 10am.
It is unprofessional & disrespectful to them, and to fellow vendors, to not be set up on time.

Latecomers may be denied admission to the market or moved to a different location at the market managers discretion.
Vendors are not permitted to park on any grass area at any time unless directed to do so by the market manager. .
Departure/Tear Down
Vendors cannot start to breakdown before the market end time. Vendors are expected to leave their tents up until
the end of the market time, even if they have sold out of product, unless arrangements have been made with the market manager.
Vendors may put up a “sold out” sign and leave their booth, but may not remove the tent, table until the end of the market.
At the end of the market day, spaces must be clean and completely free of debris. Garbage must be placed in the dumpster provided by the market. Failure to clean up after the market will result in a $25 fine and could lead to removal from the market space. .

Permits/Insurance
Vendors must follow Tuscarawas County rules, have correct permits, etc. ensuring everything sold at the market is
safe and up to code. Vendors should come prepared to produce all necessary permits to sell their products.
The market manager will follow up on any vendors that have been reported by the Health Dept.
to ensure that all codes, permits, and rules are complied with.

The vendor is responsible for obtaining any and all required insurance, permits, and licenses.
Please list your insurance company, the name of your agent, and your policy number below.
